There is a sense of unpredictable humility growing organic flowers in a Northern climate but it reconnects us to the land and nature.

The top chefs in the world know that their results will be infinitely greater using the freshest products, usually this means eating seasonally and locally.

I believe as a florist my results are infinitely greater with locally grown, natural products.

It requires me to be creative in my design and sometimes attempt flower recipes I have never tried before. I am always learning and the flowers are constantly teaching me patience.
